You're not asking how to design (and you're not asking about how to write a game). You're asking how to make a game. So your question has been moved to the appropriate forum. (If you want to know what game design is, see FAQ 0.) Also, that link was to a tool used to make games. If you want to make an APK, that's not the same thing as making a game.
